Our Lifetime Warranty Guarantee

Ultimate Bath Systems warrants all of their shower products, including wall panels & accessories (corner caddies, soap dishes, etc.) that are supplied by Ultimate Bath Systems to have the material free from defects under normal household use and service for the life of the person(s) that purchased the product. This warranty is not transferable.

Ultimate Bath Systems warrants that these products will not fade, yellow, crack, bubble or peel. Should the product be defective, this warranty is limited, at the option of Ultimate Bath Systems to the repair of said defects, or to supply a replacement (of equal value) of the product.

This warranty is void if the product is chipped, scratched, marred or otherwise damaged, whether the cause is accidental or deliberate. This warranty is also void should the product be exposed to dyes, paints, inks, cosmetics, pigments, food, paint removers, polish removers, solvents/chemicals, cigarettes or any other heat source, abrasives or any cleaning products which are not approved by Ultimate Bath Systems as specified below.

In addition, this warranty is considered invalid if the product has been repaired, altered or modified by any party other than Ultimate Bath Systems or using supplies other than those approved or supplied by Ultimate Bath Systems through their suppliers.

This warranty is valid in the event that the product is installed by an employee of Ultimate Bath Systems using the proper procedures and supplies approved by or purchased from Ultimate Bath Systems through their suppliers.

Notice of any problems and/or defects must be given, via email or a phone call within 10 days of the time it becomes apparent.

Product Care & Maintenance

This product does not allow growth of mold or mildew, so maintenance is simple. When you are cleaning this product, use a non-abrasive cleanser. Rinse off with water, and wipe off with a soft, non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Avoid the use of all ammonia based, “leave-on” cleansers and/or steel wool or any other scrubbing products.
