Stop by our showroom for a consultation and to book your in-home estimate – or book your in-home estimate first, whichever works best for you!


Tip: Even if you’ve already been in the showroom, we recommend stopping by after receiving your quote. This allows us to review it together and ensure everything meets your needs.

Booking Your Job

Once you’ve approved your estimate, we’ll schedule your job with an initial deposit. If you have any concerns about pets, this is a great time to let us know – our installers are pet-friendly and understand how to navigate furry family members.

Pre-Installation Prep

The day before your scheduled installation, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to prepare your bathroom for our team.

During Installation

Our installers prioritize your convenience. At the end of each workday, they’ll ensure that any necessary fixtures, like your toilet or sink, remain accessible.

Completion and Final Steps

Once the job is complete, the lead installer will review the work with you, obtain your sign-off, and provide your final invoice. This step also activates your lifetime warranty.
Your remaining balance is due on the last day of your installation. Payment options include:

• Directly to the lead installer (cash or cheque)

• E-transfer

• Credit card (via phone to the office)
